Boon Flair Chair giveaway

So, we bought a cheapo $20 Ikea high chair and it has been fine so far, but today the monkey seemed to have figured out how to get out of it! This chair is flimsy enough that I can see him undoing the seat belt (no, it's not even a 3-point harness) and twisting out, and falling to the ground (luckily it hasn't happened, yet)! I think we might need a more secure chair, and I am in love with the Boon Flair Pedestal Highchair with Pneumatic Lift!!

Giggles Computer Funtime for Baby

My little monkey CONSTANTLY wants to play with the computer. A couple of times he's pulled out the mouse cable or pounded on the keys and accidentally turned it off while I'm working! And of course he cries every time I remove him from it. We're planning on giving the monkey his own computer but didn't think he'd be ready at only 8 months!

I entered the Giggles Computer Funtime for Baby software giveaway at Jolly Mom and decided to download the free trial version. It only allows you to play for 5 minutes at a time, but the monkey LOVES it! He especially liked the "raining cats & dogs" "game" -- he'd pound the keys and touch the screen as the cartoon cats & dogs fell! Now I only have to worry about him spitting up on my keyboard.

Our vacuum is a stinky piece of poo. It is heavy, has poor suction and literally stinks (is this universal or just us? our vacuums ALWAYS stink!! is it due to burning pet hair or what?)

I would SOOOO love to have a lightweight cordless vacuum like the one being given away at Mommy Goggles!!

Mystic Wonders

After spending a lot of time looking at the Mystic Wonders website, I'm kind of obsessed with them and their products. I want to order all of them! I'm especially intrigued by the Prill Beads and the Willard Water, and I'm really excited about the prospect of winning the complete laundry system. I've become so sensitive to the chemicals in laundry detergents I've been known to freak out when Mr. Monkey uses the wrong kind or accidentally buys a variety that's not unscented. How great to not use laundry detergent at all!!!
