The ErgoBaby Carrier has got to be the best one out there today. After trying on a ton of different carriers (some of which I couldn't even figure out how to put on), it seems that the Ergo is the one! It's pretty simple to put on, and it rests the weight of the baby on your hips instead of shoulder and back. SInce I have lots of back pain that's important.
