I just heard about this iPosture device. You wear it, say, attached to your bra strap, and it vibrateds when you slouch in an effort to remind you to maintain good posture. That would be so much nicer than mom's nagging! I have so much back pain all the time, especially when spending a lot of time in front of the computer, or nursing the monkey -- so if this thing actually works it would be quite a benefit.
