I've loved Dr. Bronner's products for a long time. I first discovered it about 20 yrs ago when living in a punk vegan household. There was this wacky minty soap with nutty rants covering the label... "ALL-ONE! ALL-ONE! ALL-ONE!"
Oddly enough, in another link to the punk scene, the drummer from The Germs was stopped for supposedly having drugs, but when tested it was just Dr. B's soap!!
Did you know there are "true" soaps like Dr. B's and Tom's of Maine, and most other "soaps" are actually detergents -- made of petrochemicals, not organic ingredients. This includes products by supposedly "organic" companies like Nature's Gate, Jason, and Kiss My Face. Dr. B is suing these companies for being "organic cheaters."
